Right now are looking for a Product Designer who, under generaldirection, will create user-centereddesign solutions for the customer digital sales experience that feature ease ofuse, employ best-in-class interaction design, and optimize the user experience.In this role you will work with business, technical, and product leads tounderstand the business vision, objectives and transformation plans to helpidentify opportunities for competitive advantage.
A Visual Craftsman: You will create conceptual sketches to communicate design ideasas well as detailed design specifications for the finished product. You willensure brand standards are appropriately integrated into all final designs todeliver a consistent experience.
An ExperienceInnovator: You will work throughout all phasesof the design process such as conceptual design, storyboards, persona/scenariodevelopment, user task/interaction flow diagrams, information hierarchy,wireframes and prototypes.
A Customer Advocate: You will help identify user research needs andparticipate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usabilitytesting. You will continuously seek and integrate user feedback and testresults to optimize solutions.
A Natural Collaborator:You will work with multiple functions, including product owners and developersthroughout the product lifecycle, seeking frequent feedback and integratingmultiple considerations into your work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of experience in a related field, with a visual design focus.
- Familiarity and demonstrated proficiency with Visual Design/UI, digital illustration, UX design, prototyping.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup.
- Bonus points if you have experience and familiarity with Mobile Apps, front-end development, user research and/or experiment design.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to present projects and status reports to team leadership. Strong organization and analytic thinking skills, with ability to translate content into user scenarios, flows and diagrams.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
