What You Will Do....

The Senior Director of Strategic Programs is responsible for developing and managing transformational strategic programs that will help in growing the profitability for BSNA. This role will lead portfolio of initiatives and works in coordination with regional VP/ Area VP and the functional leadership teams. Simplifying operating model, cost benchmarking and capabilities, delivery execution and customer satisfaction in a highly competitive, rapidly changing customer environment.

How You Will Do It....

  • Ability to create transformational strategies and successfully implement profit centric business models.
  • Work closely w/ MGM to help attain market profitability (EBIT attainment)
  • Proficiency in structuring and managing large complex program implementations and influence adoption in matrix organization.
  • Ability to build a PMO team with clear objective, program approach, team structure and cadences for solutioning complex problems.
  • Facilitate work plan creation and schedule to meet the overall project timeline.
  • Operationalize the program with regular cadences with the working team and steering committee.
  • Facilitate the program execution and mitigate risks along with way to meet the program objective and schedule.
  • Manage change effectively and ensure proper communication along with the change.
  • Provide program management excellence to BSNA.
  • With the partnership of the senior leadership team, owns and drives the programs to drive profitable growth.
  • Guides the change control process - change managed program.
  • Monitors and report compliance to the PMO strategy.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats to drive transformation if necessary.

  • Master's degree preferably in business, engineering, operational management
  • Strategic Consulting and complex program management Experience
  • Aptitude and comfort for entrepreneurial, transformational, execution-oriented change management.
  • Ability to effectively create a collaborative, team-oriented environment including mentoring and motivating team members to be accountable for results.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented, complex, fast paced environment across all levels.
  • Track record of building credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders including internal stakeholders, customers and vendors and be seen as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels from the break room to the board room along with
