ESMI Program Mental Health Clinician ( Early Signs of Mental Illness ) Our ESMI program delivers services to clients ages 15 30 years old over a 2 year period with specific phases of treatment and identified needs. The ESMI program uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to support clients experiencing psychosis for the first time (or
