Inpatient Social Worker/Case Manager (MSW)

Peachford Hospital, a 246-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody, provides inpatient mental health and addictive disease treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. With over 50 years of service to our community, nearly 10,000 patients receive care here every year.
We are searching for full time day shift Master's prepared Case Managers/Social Workers and the desire to provide compassionate care in an inter-discplinary environment.
What Role Will You Play?
Social Services Case Managers are part of an interdisciplinary treatment team charged with providing quality therapeutic and case management services to our patients from admissions to discharge. Case Managers are empowered to assess their patient's needs using their own personal style, while delivering superior quality care.
