IOP Mental Health Clinician

Our Intensive Outpatient Program is a six-month, structured program for clients who struggle to emotionally regulate and build healthy relationships. Our clients meet with therapists 3 days a week, either in group or individual therapy. Clinician openings in this program include Adolescent or Adult Group Therapy leaders, and Individual therapists for either adults or youth.

Our IOP program works as a close team of Therapists, CBRS providers, Case Management, Peer Support, and Medication Management specialists to share knowledge, work collaboratively, and maximize client growth. Our clinicians are provided professional development weekly. Therapists with strong rapport-building skills will appreciate the depth of the therapeutic relationship in this IOP program. What we are looking for:

• Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
• Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
