Job Description

Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences, and construction management consulting firm, is seeking a SENIOR ENGINEER to join our well-established team of dedicated professionals in Spokane, Washington. Our office in Spokane is part of our Greater Washington region with 300+ professionals collaborating on project work for local agencies, tribes, state agencies and private developers.

We are working on key infrastructure projects throughout the Northwest and are proud to have an established relationship with a range of clients, providing us the opportunity to support and enhance the communities in which we live and work. This position will work a hybrid coming into the office to provide mentorship and for project and client collaboration and have flexibility to work remotely.


WHO YOU ARE:

Passionate & Experienced: You have 8+ years of civil engineering experience PE required. Previous project experience with any of the following, roadway, stormwater, sewer, water, or site development.


Skilled in Project Management & Business Development: This position joins other senior leaders in our office to manage projects and collaborate to pursue work with established clients. Demonstrated experience and success in executing and delivering complex projects as well as developing client relationships. Proven history of strong client relationships in the Northwest preferred.

Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, team player, and you thrive on developing rapport with others to maintain quality delivery. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $105,000-$140,000+. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program. We are transparent in our salary discussions and look forward to sharing more about our compensation structure and the value of being an employee-owner.
