Parametrix is seeking a water professional with 10+ years of CM experience with municipal water/wastewater projects to join us in support of our Greater Washington region. We have established workload and clients and need a senior professional to provide project management, project delivery and strategic focus for the practice. Ideally, this position would work in one of our Puget Sound locations with hybrid or fully remote work options when not in the field. Strong relationships with water clients in Washington/Oregon preferred.

This position will have the opportunity to support work on a variety of projects, including water conveyance, wet weather treatment, CSO's and wastewater.

Who You Are:

Experienced: You have 12+ years of experience delivering water/wastewater projects through design and construction. You can effectively manage work programs, project schedules, and budgets. You have the ability to develop and lead our Wastewater Construction Management group and project teams. PE or CCM required.

Relationship-focused: This role will focus on project and construction management and delivery, and business and client development. Strong people skills, collaborative approach, and the ability to partner with clients, agency staff, and co-workers are key. Established, local relationships preferred.

Skilled in Project Management: Demonstrated experience and success in managing and delivering projects from design through construction as well as developing client relationships and marketing construction services.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $135,000-$170,000+ Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions, we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program. We are transparent in our salary discussions and look forward to sharing more about our compensation structure and the value of being an employee-owner.
