Lead Facility Engineer
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Lead Facility Engineer to work in our Lead Facility Engineering department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our Materials and Fuels Complex with every Friday off.
The Lead Facility Engineer is responsible for a broad spectrum of engineering activities related to their assigned facilities. You will report to the Director of Lead Facility Engineering.
Responsibilities Include:
The Lead Facility Engineer applies knowledge, practices, technique and experience in a leadership role working with engineering, facility management, operations, maintenance, and programmatic personnel for the following:
* Management of facility system configurations
* Specification of system equipment maintenance
* Monitoring equipment and systems performance
* Developing engineering strategy for the facility
* Identifying and prioritizing issues for the Facility Health Committee (FHC)
* Failure analysis
* Modification Design
* Operations Support
* Engineering Leadership
* System Engineering
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred:
* Professional Engineering license is desirable (but not required)
* Knowledge of configuration management processes
