What you will do

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for performing duties related to Service Parts Orders, Returns of used Parts. The Logistics Coordinator will be required to record accuracy of orders and ontime shipment of parts through the Order Entry system and Returns System.

How you will do it

1. Process or facilitate orders inbound and outbound to the Service Tech, reviews for required information, checks accuracy and inventory levels, verifies part numbers and price, checks for duplication of orders, determines priority based on customer needs, and ensures order is shipped.

2. Interacts with other departments (e.g., Customer Response Center, Field Technicians, outside vendors and/or Shipping) for accuracy of product/part numbers, availability, shipping schedules, carriers and status of orders.

3. Maintains customer files and warehouse information in the order entry system.

4. Review and Audit aging returns to return to stock and/or credit to the business

5. Enters changes and/or cancellations of orders entered into the order entry system. Creates back orders from the original order when necessary. Adjusts shipping dates and routing methods if necessary.

6. Provides customer and technicians with delivery details

7. Provides forecast for replenishment stock

8. Performs other duties as assigned. Offers assistance where needed to maintain a smooth and seamless Inventory Process for Service Tech Van Stock.

What we look for

Education: High school diploma, or equivalent. AA or AS preferred.

Experience

2 years administrative experience required.

1-2 years inventory experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to "multi-task" in a fast paced environment

Strong keyboarding and typing skills with high level of accuracy

Must have attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required

Proficient in MS Office with strong emphasis in Excel and Outlook Knowledge of Sales force / Service Max helpful

The ability to "think outside of the box"
