CLA is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer - Senior to join our growing internal IT team. This role will be responsible for streamlining and advancing our Agile capabilities by facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and program execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and experience facilitating and leading program-level software project initiatives.

Essential job functions are as follows:

* Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and program execution

* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other teams

* Manage and track program-level risks and

* Ensure the program is aligned with CLA goals and objectives

* Facilitate program-level ceremonies, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and

Inspect and Adapt workshops

* Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile practices

* Manage and report on program-level metrics and KPIs

* Identify and escalate impediments to program execution

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning

What you will need:

Experience:

* Certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

* 5+ years' experience in Agile and SAFe environments as well as experience in program management, project management or release management of large-scale software delivery

* Strong knowledge of software projects and Agile practices

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
