The H2 PSA Global Product Owner (GPO) is part of the leadership team within the Standard Plants Product Line. The GPO is accountable for all aspects of the H2 PSA product development, competitiveness, and product execution strategies. The individual works with key stakeholders globally from Technology, Business, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to understand business targets and translate into product development plans and strategies to support growth in sale of equipment (SOE) and sale of gas (SOG) markets.

H2 PSA Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an H2 Pressure Swing Adsorption Global Product Owner within our department name team located at our Allentown, Pennsylvania HQ. This position requires up to 10% domestic / global travel.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Ownership for product competitiveness, including product development plans, initiatives, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Technology to ensure alignment of product and technology roadmaps as well as incorporation of new technology into the product line.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to develop product procurement strategies, supply chain (global and regional) and ensure alignment between product and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations to incorporate feedback from operating fleet and input into operating and maintenance budgets for products.
  • Review sources of marketing & competitiveness data from Business Areas and set targets/priorities for products.
  • Define and lead initiatives to meet targets and report on progress against metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the product development Stage Gate conceptual design, detailed design, and commercialization Stage Gate processes.
  • Maintain product line including cost tools and product costs, supply chain, MOC, global and regional execution strategies and product BOMs and documentation.
  • Support for bid development and winning new business including attending customer meetings, review of engineered to order/spec compliance requirements, bid reviews, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with regional supply chain teams and manufacturing.
  • Support inventory management and review as required.
  • Lead multi-functional teams to drive product plan initiatives including identification of resource plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Interface with and lead regional product owners to ensure localized driven solutions, implementation of technology and global product updates.
  • Lead third party and internal engineering resources in the completion of new and updated product line designs.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, >10 years' experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Ability to apply strong analytical skills to real world engineering problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Must be able to influence others and work through obstacles to achieve results.
  • Effective team building and teamwork skills.
  • Aptitude for quick learning
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Valid US Driver's License / Clean Driving record
