The company is currently seeking a 1st shift Paint-Powderer in Boyne City, MI.

SALARY: Starting at $19.56/hr.

Performs visual inspection for foreign objects and oil both interior and exterior.

• Prepares paint/powder mixture

• Identify paint/powder materials.

• Paint parts move into oven. Set line speed and track controls.

• Prepare color, paint and clean equipment.

• Keep paint inventory.

• Assist in cleaning paint booth and wash lines as required.

• Assist in paint prep.

• Know processes and documentation required.

• Participation in the company quality and ISO processes.

• Operate specific equipment as indicated on the Boyne City Skills Matrix.

• Perform other work-related duties as required.

• Vocational, High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to interpret drawings and Bills of Material

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

• Ability to read and write.
