Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills to review actions and data to define issues and opportunities.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead and work independently on multiple projects and tasks.
  • Assertive ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment across functional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

The sales services specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales ops services team which serves as the key point of contact between the sales team and operations. This role will support all service-related activities, including but not limited to managing day to day communications with operations to ensure customers inventory and service level expectations are met, managing service escalation processes and channels, communicating proactive service and/or service recovery plans with customers and internal teams, and providing daily reporting that ensures world class service within our business segments.

This role will also support post installation follow-up for new customers to ensure our hand-off from deployment to operations is seamless and new customer satisfaction is high. In addition, the sales services specialist will support sales and operations in key projects that drive improved customer experiences in collaboration with the appropriate departments.

  • Serve as liaison between sales and operations.
  • Utilize and maintain all Primo applications, tools and available resources to ensure open communication around customer level activities are visible to all required parties.
  • Ongoing interactions with the sales and operations teams to understand needs or areas of concern so that proactive measures can be taken to resolve both short and long-term.
  • Creating and managing POs for deployment process.
  • Support branch ops with ordering of supplies and materials to maintain our program offerings and equipment standards.
  • Ongoing communication with ops, sales, and customer to ensure service is completed on time and correctly.
  • Provide daily/weekly reporting to operating network, shared services departments, and internal leadership.
  • Interface with customer service to ensure they have visibility to all related updates as we strive for positive customer experiences.
  • Any other job duties as assigned by management related to obtaining, setting up and securing new customers
