Assistant Manager-Bar/Nightclub/Restaurant

We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic and up beat Assistant Manager for a high pace, high volume bar/nightclub/restaurant, located in Boise, Idaho.   The successful candidate must have experience as an assistant manager with a take charge personality with knowledge of POS programs.  Additionally, he/she must be a team leader and have back of the house knowledge. Experience working in a bar that serves alcohol is required.

Assistant Manager will be responsible for overall operations and growth of the business through management of the people, product, and facility by ensuring the proper hiring, orientation, training and development of crew and manages crew relations.
